titleOfInvention Therapeutic random oligonucleotides from genomic dna
abstract This invention provides methods to produce bulk oligonucleotides of random sequence over a wide range of sizes from biologic genomic DNA. The invention further provides how to monitor and regulate the degree of degradation of a DNA sample. It is further described how degraded genomic DNA can be used to suppress proliferation of cultured human cells, and can additionally induce apoptosis in sensitive cells, potentially making it an effective antiproliferative therapy.
