The invention concerns a solid support coated with an array of fragments representing genes whereof the expression profile for all those genes in a subject having a mammary tumour enables the diagnosis or prognosis of the metastatic or localized character of said tumour to be established, as well as a kit comprising such a support. The invention also concerns a method for the diagnosis or prognosis in vitro of the metastatic or localized character of a mammary tumour, allowing also if necessary to determine whether the cells of said mammary tumour express estrogen receptors or not, said method using a solid support. |
