A method of manufacturing a layered CoAl double hydroxide composite metal oxides (Co-Al-LDHs) electrode materials for supercapacitor is disclosed, it belongs to the technical field of manufacturing of the electrode materials for supercapacitor. The invention utilizes an all return mixing liquid membrane reactor to perform coprecipitation reaction of cobalt, aluminium salt mixing solution and alkali solution, making nucleation/crystallization performed separately, controlling respectively the conditions of nucleation and growth, then baking at certain temperature, on the basis of keeping layered structure of CoAl double hydroxide composite metal oxides, making electrochemical active site of cobalt exposed sufficiently. The method overcomes the defects that particles size wa difficult to be controlled, particles were larger and nonuniform, and electrochemical active site wasn’t exposed sufficiently. The method can manufacture a layered CoAl double hydroxide composite metal oxides electrode materials for supercapacitor with high capacitance rate, good rate characteristics, excellent electrochemical cycle chararcters. |
