abstract The present invention is concerned with the treatment of cancer patients suffering from severe and persistent fatigue, diagnosed as Cancer-Related Fatigue (CRF), with thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) and analogs of TRH. A method for the treatment of CRF and the use of TRH and analogs of TRH in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of CRF is provided.
