abstract |
The invention relates to a catalyst for producing ethyl-methyl keton by catalytically oxidising n-butenes by oxygen and/or an oxygen-containing palladium-based gas, which is stabilised by a complexing ligand and a heteropolyacid and/or the acid salts thereof. The heteropolyacid is embodied in the form of GPK-7P4- molibdenovanadium-phosphoric heteropolyacid whose composition is H11P4Mo18V7O87 and/or the acid salt thereof whose composition is Na1.2H9.8P4Mo18V7O87, the complexing ligand is embodied in the form of a phtalocyanic ligand Pc. The catalyst is recovered by the interaction thereof with oxygen or a oxygen-containing gas at a temperature of 140-190°c and the oxygen pressure of 1-10 atm. The method for n-butanes oxydation is continuously carried out in a two-stage mode at a temperature of 15-90 °C in the presence of said catalyst. |
