[PROBLEMS] To provide an inorganic plate which is remarkably improved in dimensional stability and the resistance to freezing and thawing. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In producing an inorganic plate by dispersing a raw material mixture comprising a cementitious inorganic material, a siliceous material, a woody reinforcement and mica in water to prepare a slurry, forming a mat from the slurry, pressing the mat, and then curing the resulting mat in an autoclave at 150˚C or above, the mass ratio of the cementitious inorganic material to the siliceous material is set within the range of 35:65 to 45:55, whereby the curing of the inorganic plate is accelerated and the plate is thereby further improved in dimensional stability and the resistance to freezing and thawing. |
