The invention concerns a method for acylating a nucleophilic compound by reacting said compound with 2-trifluoromethylbenzoyl fluoride or a derivative thereof comprising on the benzene ring at least another substituent non interfering with the acylation reaction. The nucleophilic compound is in particular a primary or secondary amine, an alcohol or a thiol. In accordance with a preferred embodiment, said nucleophilic compound is an aniline. |
