titleOfInvention Receiving unit for biological objects and method and device for treating biological objects placed in the receiving unit
abstract The invention relates to a receiving unit for biological objects, which comprises a plate-shaped element (1) provided with a plurality of openings (2). Said openings are arranged, in particular, in a manner such that they correspond to the openings of a microtiter plate or multiwell plate. As a result, biological objects can be introduced in a simple manner, for example, by means of laser-catapulting, into the receiving element and from there into the microtiter plate or multiwell plate. The invention also relates to a device for thermally treating biological objects which are arranged in the receiving element.
