Non-asbestos plate formed by hydraulic sheeting |
abstract |
A non-asbestos plate formed by hydraulic sheeting, characterized in that it comprises a polyvinyl alcohol based fiber having a cross-sectional circularity of 40 to 70 % in an amount of 1.0 to 4.0 mass % and a eucalyptus pulp having a freeness of 100 to 500 ml in an amount of 2.0 to 4.0 mass %, both mass percentages being relative to the total solid content, and it exhibits an inter-layer adhesion strength of 2.0 N/mm2 or more and a dimensional change rate of 0.25 % or less. The above plate is a plate formed by hydraulic sheeting being an especially useful building material, is free from asbestos, and secures satisfactory inter-layer adhesion strength and dimensional stability without large increase in the production cost. |
