abstract |
A method of determining Trilostane in a compound mixture comprising effecting a chromatographic separation of said mixture and analysing the eluate from the separation to determine Trilostane. The method characterised in that the chromatographic separation is effected using a chromatographic stationary phase comprised of a crossÂlinked resin incorporating aromatic groups. Preferably the chromatographic separation is effected in the presence of an aqueous mobile phase with a pH in the range 4-10. |
