DENDRITIC CELL, DRUG CONTAINING THE DENDRITIC CELL, THERAPEUTIC METHOD USING THE DENDRITIC CELL AND METHOD OF CULTURING ϜδT CELL |
abstract |
It is intended to provide a dendritic cell for effectively activating and/or proliferating ϜδT cells in vivo and/or in vitro; a drug containing the same; a therapeutic method using the dendritic cell; and a method of culturing ϜδT cells using the dendritic cell. An immature dendritic cell originating in peripheral monocyte is pulsed with a bisphosphonate-base bone metabolism-improving agent to thereby impart an ability to activate ϜδT cells. Then it is cultured with cells containing ϜδT cells to thereby activate and/or proliferate the ϜδT cells. Thus, ϜδT cells can be easily proliferated without placing a burden to a patient, which makes it possible to practically carry out an immunological cell therapy with the use of ϜδT cells. |
