titleOfInvention Composition for forming ferroelectric thin film, ferroelectric thin film and method for preparing ferroelectric thin film, and liquid spraying head
abstract A method for forming a ferroelectric thin film by the MOD method, wherein use is made of a composition for forming a ferroelectric thin film which comprises a colloidal solution for the MOD method containing an organic metal compound having a metal for constituting the ferroelectric thin film and also comprises water except the crystal water of the organic metal compound. The composition for forming a ferroelectric thin film, which is a colloidal solution for the MOD method, can retain very excellent dispersion stability and storage stability of an organic metal compound over a long period of time. A ferroelectric thin film formed by the above method and a head for spraying a liquid are also provided.
