Compounds represented by the general formula (I), salts thereof, or solvates of both; and drugs: (I) wherein Ar1 is phenyl which may have one to three substituents or an unsubstituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic group; Ar2 is (i) unsubstituted phenyl, (ii) phenyl substituted with lower alkyl having one to three groups or atoms selected from among carbamoyl, amino, hydroxyl, lower alkoxy, and halogeno, or (iii) a 5- or 6-membered nitrogenous aromatic heterocyclic group substituted with one to three groups or atoms selected from among lower alkyl, lower alkynyl, lower alkanoyl, carbamoyl, cyano, amino, hydroxyl, lower alkoxy, and halogeno; and X is a group represented by the general formula (II) (wherein the ring is a 4- to 7-membered heterocycle which may contain as a constituent atom one heteroatom selected from among nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur in addition to the nitrogen atom given in the general formula (II) and which may be substituted with one to four groups or atoms selected from among lower alkyl, carbamoyl, amino, hydroxyl, lower alkoxy, oxo, lower alkanoyl, lower alkylsulfonyl, and halogeno). |
