An actinic-energy-ray-curable ink composition which is suitable for use as an ink composition for overprinting, e.g., multicolor printing. The actinic-energy-ray-curable ink composition for overprinting is characterized in that it comprises a urethane compound (A) comprising a product of the reaction of a polyhydric alcohol ingredient with a polyisocyanate ingredient having no aromatic ring structure, a resin (B) having an acid value of 5-100 mg-KOH/g, and a reactive diluent (C) having at least one radical-polymerizable double bond, that at least either of the compound (A) and the resin (B) has a radical-polymerizable double bond, and that the reactive diluent (C) consists only of at least one compound having 1-3 radical-polymerizable double bonds and a surface tension of 39 mN/m (20°C) or lower. |
