A use of aqueous dispersions of formulations in powder form comprising a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer or a copolymer in which part of the monomer units derived from ethylene are substituted by units derived from alkyl acrylates and alkyl versatates for the surface preserving treatment of foodstuffs, particularly cheeses, sausages, salami and cold meat, and the formulations in powder form cited above, comprising an antimycotic active ingredient. |
