It is intended to provide a technique suitable for the production of a therapeutically useful gene product (for example, Hsp72, HLA, etc.). Namely, a method of producing a therapeutically useful gene product comprising: A) the step of providing a material capable of producing the gene product; B) the step of subjecting the material to a treatment temperature at which a donor of the material can fully exert the effect of a thermal therapy; and C) the step of harvesting the gene product from the material; and a system relating thereto. It is clarified that, in the step B, the maximum effect can be established particularly by taking the oxidation-reduction potential (pH) of the living body into consideration. |
