titleOfInvention Flow cell with continuously circulating fluid
abstract A detection system for substances in a fluid, comprising a detection device, a driving circuit, and a processing unit, and a method of detecting is disclosed. The detection device comprises a cavity, a sensor located in the cavity, a first and a second conduit connected to the cavity, a third conduit connecting the first and second conduits such that the first conduit, the cavity, the second conduit and the third conduit form a first loop, and a fourth conduit connecting the first and second conduits such that the first conduit, the cavity, the second conduit and the fourth conduit form a second loop. Valves are arranged to direct a flow of the fluid either through the first loop or the second loop. The fluid is first circulated through the first loop and a sample is input into the fourth conduit. Then, the flow is re-directed such that fluid is circulated through the second loop and a value of said sensor is registered.
