abstract |
There is provided an ultrasonic probe capable of realizing transmission and reception of a highly sensitive ultrasonic wave and realizing a smooth and high-speed drive of an ultrasonic transmission/reception unit. The ultrasonic probe includes: an ultrasonic wave transmission/reception unit (101) for transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave; an external case (105) for containing the ultrasonic transmission/reception unit (101); and an acoustic medium (106) filled in the external case (105). The acoustic medium (106) contained 1, 2-butylene glycol. |
