Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thin-film transistor (TFT) sheet wherein all the elements constituting the TFT sheet are efficiently formed on a resin film with high precision. A method for manufacturing a TFT sheet wherein a plurality of TFT devices respectively having a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode as the elements on a supporting sheet are connected with one another via a gate bus line and a source bus line is characterized in that a step, wherein a supporting sheet is fixed to a rotary support member and then the elements are formed while rotating the support member, is performed two or more times. |
