abstract The invention relates to a water-dispersible reaction product ABCD from a polyester A with hydroxyl groups, urethane groups and olefinically-unsaturated groups, a sterically-hindered acid B, with at least two further groups reactive to isocyanates, a multi-functional isocyanate C and a polyetherpolyol D with at least one olefinically-unsaturated group, whereby the components are added in such amounts that the sum of the material amounts of the hydroxyl groups in A, B and D are 0.7 times to 3 times the material amounts of the isocyanate groups in C, a method for production thereof and use thereof as coating agents, optionally in combination with aqueous acrylate dispersions.
