abstract |
A solid pharmaceutical preparation excellent in storage stability including light stability and a process for producing the solid pharmaceutical preparation. The solid pharmaceutical preparation is characterized by comprising: a raw pharmaceutical preparation comprising a core part containing an active ingredient and a core-coating layer with which the core part is coated and which comprises a dusting powder; and a coating film with which the raw pharmaceutical preparation is coated and which contains a compound having photocatalytic activity or semiconducting properties. The process for producing the solid pharmaceutical preparation is characterized by comprising a step in which a core part containing an active ingredient is coated by the powder coating method with ingredients for constituting a core-coating layer containing a dusting powder. |
