An apparatus for concentrating a methane gas, characterized in that it comprises an absorbing section wherein a digested gas containing a methane gas and carbon dioxide is supplied to a porous hollow yarn and carbon dioxide is dissolved in an absorbing fluid from the hollow yarn, a stripping degassing section wherein the absorbing fluid from the absorbing section flows therein from the absorbing section, and a gas except a methane gas and carbon dioxide is supplied into a porous hollow fiber, to thereby recover the carbon dioxide in the absorbing fluid having been dissolved in the absorbing section, through the hollow yarn, and a vacuum degassing section wherein the absorbing fluid from the stripping degassing section flows therein from the stripping degassing section, and the inside of a porous hollow yarn is evacuated, to thereby recover, through a hollow yarn, the carbon dioxide in the absorbing fluid and the gas having been incorporated into the absorbing fluid in the stripping degassing section. |
