abstract The invention relates to a device for microfluidic analyses for a substrate having a planar base surface and cover surface. A chamber (2) having at least two inlets is integrated inside the substrate in order to receive fluid and a semi-permeable or permeable membrane (3) is arranged in the chamber. The chamber is divided into two partial chambers (2a, 2b), which are provided with at least one respective inlet (6, 7), by means of the membrane.
