The present invention relates to an endoscopic method for treating cartilage or bone defects in a mammal, said method comprising the steps of: i.-dentifying the position of the defect, ii.-applying a cell suspension comprising cells selected from the group consisting of chondrocytes, chondroblasts, osteocytes and osteoblasts and combinations thereof into the cartilage or bone defect, the defect being positioned in such a manner that the cell suspension substantially does not flow out of the defect upon application. |
