abstract |
A process for producing lactoperoxidase, comprising the steps of (1) bringing a raw milk into contact with a cation exchanger having weakly acidic groups as ion exchange groups to thereby effect adsorption treatment; (2) washing the cation exchanger after the adsorption treatment; (3) bringing the cation exchanger after the washing into contact with a leaching solvent to thereby obtain a leaching solution having lactoperoxidase dissolved out into the leaching solvent; (4) concentrating the leaching solution through an ultrafiltration membrane to thereby effect deposition in the concentrated leaching solution; and (5) obtaining a lactoperoxidase solution by removing deposits from the concentrated leaching solution. |
