abstract |
The present invention relates to elongated hollow tubular body for analysing an interaction between target and probe molecules, comprising a support with through going channels enabling flow through of liquids arranged at the open end, and a mouthpiece at the other end. In particular a flow-through array technology linked to a disposable in the form of a 0.1-1 ml standard pipet tip is provided. The device pre-spotted with a number of markers can be used in robotic/liquid handling system capable of handling disposable tips. The robotic/liquid handling system has the ability to perform all liquid handling steps through the syringes on the system including the binding of markers in the flow-through arrays. Furthermore all incubation steps can be performed on the platform which is equipped with an incubator device and an optical read-out device for analysing its signal. |
