titleOfInvention | Method for the preparation of synthesized taxanoids |
abstract | This invention relates to the preparation process of synthesized taxanoids, including protection the 7-OH with rare earth elements compounds. In this process, the reactions are simple, and the binding is firm and reliable. And in the subsequent process, no acrylated 7-OH product will b~ produced, at the same time, it become readily controllable for the hydrolysis of 2- ester group of the acrylated product. In the preparation process of synthesized taxanoids of the present invention, THF is used as medium for the acrylation reaction, and can not only achieve the same effect as that of pyridine, but also avoid the unpleasant ordour, thus solve the problem of extremely high requirements for the field of production. The method of the present invention can be used not only for the preparation of semi-synthesized taxanes starting from natural taxanoids, but also for preparation of the total-synthesized taxanes. |
