An anastomosis device comprising a puncture needle capable of moving through the interior of a channel provided in an insertion part for insertion into a body cavity and capable of jutting out from a front edge of the insertion part so as to puncture a biotissue; and spacing maintaining means fitted to the front edge of the insertion part and capable of maintaining at a given dimension the spacing between a biotissue to be punctured, the biotissue positioned ahead of a front edge of the puncture needle, and a biotissue not to be punctured, the biotissue positioned remoter from the puncture needle than the biotissue to be punctured. |
