Method for enriching phosphorus pentafluoride in a mixture of phosphorus pentafluoride and hydrogen chloride |
abstract |
According to the invention, the isolation or enrichment of a mixture of phosphorus pentafluoride and hydrogen chloride takes place by means of a pressure distillation at between 30 and 60 bar, whereby fractionation occurs in a temperature range that lies just below or above the critical temperature of the phosphorus pentafluoride but below the critical temperature of the hydrogen chloride. |
