abstract The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient, itraconazole. More particularly, the present invention relates to the pharmaceutical composition comprising itraconazole, a polylactic acid derivative, and an amphiphilic block copolymer. The polylactic acid derivative may be combined with a metal ion at the carboxylic acid terminal, and the amphiphilic block copolymer forms micelles or nano-particles in an aqueous medium.
