titleOfInvention Flexible polyurethane foam and cloth-clad flexible polyurethane foam product
abstract A flexible polyurethane foam obtained by foaming polyurethane-forming materials which comprise 100 parts by weight of a high-molecular polyol having a molecular weight of 2,000 or higher and 0.2 to 1.5 parts by weight of a low-molecular crosslinking agent. The low-molecular crosslinking agent is incorporated in a given amount. Because the low-molecular crosslinking agent has high reactivity with a polyisocyanate, the polyisocyanate is inhibited from reacting with water and thus forming urea bonds or causing coagulation, and urea balls are dispersed. The resultant flexible polyurethane foam is inhibited from coming into a locally swollen or shrunk state. The foam as a whole absorbs swelling or shrinking stresses. Thus, the cloth bonded and united to the foam is prevented from wrinkling.
