titleOfInvention Support member of vibrator
abstract A support member of a vibrator capable of reducing the zero-point temperature drift of detection signals in a physical quantity measurement device using the vibrator, wherein a support member (22) supports the vibrator (1A) through a bonding wire (26). The support member (22) comprises a support plate (40) in which an opening (25) to be disposed just beneath the vibrator (1A) is formed and the bonding wire (26) having a joining end part (29) fixedly joined to the vibrator (1A), a fixing part (26a) fixed to the support plate (40), and a bent part (28) present on the underside of the opening (25). A distance L1 between the projection start position (39) of the bonding wire (26) from the support plate (40) and the bent part (28) is 10% or more of a distance L2 between the bent part (28) and the joining end part (29).
