abstract |
Disclosed is a method for producing [<18>F] fluoride-marked aromatic L-amino acids, according to which the marking reaction takes place on an L-enantiomeric aromatic amino acid that is provided with protective groups. Also disclosed is a method for producing a diagnostic agent, in which the [<18>F] fluoride-marked aromatic L-amino acid produced according to the inventive method is used. The invention further relates to a method for visualizing metabolism processes, according to which the [<18>F] fluoride-marked aromatic L-amino acid produced in accordance with the inventive method is introduced into a living organism. The invention finally relates to an L-enantiomeric marking precursor and the use thereof for producing [<18>F] fluoride-marked aromatic L-amino acids. |
