abstract The invention relates to a device for carrying out reactions with amounts of reagents in the region of between 0.5 - 10 nmol, wherein the reagents are dosed at reaction points (3) by dosing stations (5, 9, 11, 13). Said reaction points are displaced along a reaction path (2). At least one dosing station (5, 9, 11, 13) and a discharge point (16) are arranged in such a manner that the time corresponds to at least the required reaction time for a reaction step, wherein the reaction points (3) are displaced on the reaction path (2). At least one of the dosing stations comprises a strip (18). The reagent is dosed in sections on the strip and is positioned. At least one hole (26) is located in the strip (18) at each dosing position.
