The use of the combination of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and antibiotics is disclosed, for the preparation of antibacterial drugs. In the therapies with antibacterial drugs, the pathogens may be changed into cryptic growth cells(CGCs), CGCs can colonize and thereby drug resistance arises. In the meantime, normal bacteria colonies in the body may be also changed into CGCs. These changes result in complications after the therapies, such as disorder of bacteria colonies in the body, disorder of GI functions and other chronic diseases. The combination of antibiotics and N-Acetyl-D-Aminoglycosamine can prevent of CGC, and the complications after antibiotics therapy. |
