abstract The invention relates to an administration form for the oral administration of active substances, vitamins and/or nutrients, comprising a drinking straw (1) provided with a closing device (3) which is impermeable to the active substance formulation, vitamin formulation and/or nutrient formulation (2) and which is permeable to air and to a conveying liquid. The drinking straw comprises at least one retaining means (19) which is arranged on the inner wall of the drinking straw which is used to permanently fix the closing device (3) at a predetermined distance (60) between the formulation (2) and mouth opening (6).
