titleOfInvention | Heat storage material and method of producing the same |
abstract | A safe heat storage material with capability of sealing a package container and high temperature/water resistance, and a method of producing the material are provided, where the method has excellent workability and provides high efficiency in producing the material. A heat storage material is formed by enclosing a heat storage material composition in a package container, the composition having as an essential component an oil-based substance having heat storage capability based on phase change. The heat storage material is a material where a heat storage material composition per unit area of an enclosure portion of the package container is equal to 0.1 kg/m2 or less. A method of producing the heat storage material includes a step of enclosing in the package container the heat storage material composition having, as essential components, an oil-based substance with heat storage capability by liquefaction based on phase change and an oil viscosity thickening agent for reduced fluidity of the oil based substance. With the method of producing a heat storage material, the material is produced such that a heat storage material composition per unit area of an enclosure portion of a package container is equal to 0.1 kg/m2 or less. |
