A healthcare consumer information tool includes a header listing, a body listing, and a footer listing. The header listing can provide physical information about a healthcare entity. The body listing can provide a series of category headers, each category comprising a series of metrics. For each metric, a factual or descriptive assessment of the healthcare entity can be displayed. The footer listing may include information designed by the health care entity itself. The header, body and footer lists can be arranged in the form of a nutritional label, such as that provided in chapter 101.9 (d) (12) 21 C.F.R. (edition of April 1, 2003). The tool may be available to consumers in print, online or in another accessible format. |
