A method for producing organic fertilisers, soil improvers, sources of soil activator microorganisms and nutrients by accelerated composting using biowaste from the food, alcohol, sugar, yeast, cellulose and paper industries, which biowaste consists of sugar cane foam, still slops, aerobic and anaerobic sludge from food biowaste processing plants, sugar cane harvest waste and bagasse, thereby enhancing the nutrient content thereof, followed by granulation and controlled drying. The organic fertiliser is granulated, in which case the moisture content is 18-22 %, or comminuted, in which case the moisture content is 20-37 %, and includes composted sugar cane foam, a soluble condensate of molasses, a fermented organic substrate, ammonium phosphate, trace elements and sludge microorganisms. |
