The invention relates to biotechnology, to a method for producing a live influenza vaccine. The inventive method consists in cultivating passage cells in a nutritional medium, producing a virus-containing substance by cultivating vaccine strain of the influenza virus in the MDCK cell culture on the same nutritional medium. The vaccine cold-adapted reassortants of the influenza virus strains are used as virus strains. The nutritional medium for cultivating the MDCK cells and the influenza virus strains on said cells is embodied in the form of a serum-free nutritional medium supplemented with a soy hydrolysate at a concentration of 0.01-10.0 % and a proteolytic vegetable ferment in a quantity of 0.25-50.0 mkg/ml before inoculating seed dose of the influenza virus strains. The cultivation of MDCK culture cells and the vaccine influenza virus strains in said cell culture is carried out in a suspension based on microcarriers which are inoculated into the serum-free nutritional medium at a concentration of 1-6 g/l. Afterwards, ballast impurities are removed from a viral suspension, which is supplemented with a stabiliser and dried. |
