abstract Disclosed are orthocondensed pyrrole derivatives comprising an electro-attractive substituent and a substituted amino radical which are respectively located in position ß et alpha' on the carbon atoms relative to the intracyclic nitrogen atom of the pyrrole ring of general formula (I), wherein: - R0 represents a divalent alpha, omega - radical containing a chain of 3 to 4 atoms that can be carbon atoms or heteroatoms selected among the group consisting of oxygen, nitrogen, and sulfur, the radical R0 forming a nitrogenous heterocycle comprising 5 to 6 intracyclic atoms, at least one of which is a carbon atom while at least one but no more than four of said intracyclic atoms is/are heteroatoms, along with the carbon atom and the nitrogen atom of the pyrrole ring to which said radical R0 is attached; - R1 represents an electro-attractive radical selected among the functions nitrile, ester, carboxylic, carboxamide, ketone, sulfonyl, sulfonamide, phosphonate, or aromatic radicals; - R2 and R3 identically or differently represent linear, branched, or cyclic hydrocarbonated radicals comprising 1 to 20 carbon atoms that are optionally separated by one or several heteroatoms. Said radicals R2 and R3 can be substituted by halogen atoms and/or functional groups. Also disclosed are combination products of said derivatives and a method for the production thereof. The combination products of the inventive pyrrole derivatives are used for selecting compounds having a pharmacological activity.
