abstract |
A fluorescence indicator (P) in a container (11) is injected into a measurement subject living body (S) through an inlet port (11A) for combination with a substance in the measurement subject living body (S). Then, excitation light (L) is emitted from excitation light sources (12) to irradiate the measurement subject living body (S) therewith. Then, the reflected light (R) obtained is multiple-reflected by a reflection film (14) disposed on the side wall of the container (11) and is introduced into a detecting section (13). Then, fluorescence response based on combination between the substance in the living body and the fluorescence indicator (P) included by the reflected light (R) is detected by the detecting section (13) disposed in the direction of injection of the fluorescence indicator (P). |
