titleOfInvention Inhalation type dosing device
abstract An inhalation type dosing device capable of preventing the attachment of medicine powder to tongue, etc. at inhalation, thereby eliminating uncomfortable sensation through sense of taste and capable of efficiently administering a given amount of medicine powder. With respect to lengthy mouthpiece (16), the dimension of length (L) of hold part (16C) held in the mouth (19) is set at about 80 mm. Consequently, when the hold part (16C) is held in the mouth (19), the forefront thereof can be inserted until the back of buccal cavity (22). Thus, outflow of medicine powder can be effected at a position of tongue (24) beyond sweet sensation zone (24A), salty sensation zone (24B), acid sensation zone (24C) and bitter sensation zone (24D). Therefore, the patient can comfortably inhale medicine powder without sensation, such as bitter, acid or sweet taste, of medicine powder. Further, the attachment of medicine powder to tongue, etc. can be prevented by keeping the tongue (24) down by means of the hold part (16C) of the lengthy mouthpiece (16).
