A dilutable cleaning formulation especially suited for cleaning a substantially vertical or inclined surfaces which is soiled by components used in the food or beverage industry. The cleaning formulation has foam characteristics as well as long cling times. Yet, it is easily rinsed from the surface. The formulations comprise at least 20 % wt. Of an alkali, an amine oxide, at least one anionic surfactant and water. |
