titleOfInvention Phosphor and vacuum ultraviolet excited light-emitting device
abstract A phosphor and a vacuum ultraviolet excited light-emitting device are disclosed. The phosphor contains a compound represented by the following formula (1): Ca1-a-bSraEubMgSi2O6 (wherein 0.1 < a ≤ 0.35 and 0.003 ≤ b ≤ 0.02). The phosphor is excited by vacuum ultraviolet light and emits blue light of high luminance. The vacuum ultraviolet excited light-emitting device comprises this phosphor.
