titleOfInvention Pharmaceutical composition for intraarticular application in tendon sheaths and periarticular bursae
abstract The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for intraarticular application in tendon sheaths and periarticular bursae. The inventive composition is intended for the active repair of articular structures, cartilages, ligaments and synovial membranes in the treatment of articular pathologies in both humans and animals. Said composition is based on a mixture of silicone oil and hyaluronic acid. According to the invention, the interaction between the aforementioned two components produces an increase in the buffering capacity and viscosupplementation of the articulation as well as the nutrition and regeneration of the cartilage cells, thereby improving the condition of the articulation and protecting the intraarticular structures in the long, medium and short term.
