A discharging solution capable of forming patterns wth spreading suppressed on the surface of a base without previously forming a complementary repellent region on the surface of the base, a method for forming the patterns, and the like are provided. More specifically, a discharging solution and the like for forming patterns with spreading suppressed on the surface of a base using, for example, an ink-jet method is provided. The discharging solution for forming patterns on the surface of a base include organic molecules having fluoroalkyl chains as a first pattern formation material, and has a surface tension of 20 dyne/cm or more. |
