abstract |
A method of regulating the activation of transcriptional factors whereby the activities of intracellular transcriptional factors NF-AT, AP-1 and NF-κB are selectively regulated by regulating the expression amount of an adaptor protein 3BP2 or expressing a denatured protein thereof. According to this method, a desired method suitable for a purpose can be selected from among a plural number of activity-regulating methods in the case of regulating the activity of a definite transcriptional factor in association with the activation of other transcriptional factor(s). This method is usable in developing therapeutic methods and therapeutics for various diseases including inflammatory diseases, immune diseases and malignant diseases. |
