abstract This invention provides a kind of compound powder, its preparation method and use. The said preparation method comprises mixing the rubber latex that is experienced irradiation for vulcanization or not be vulcanized and the suspension of inorganic particles in requiring proportion of dry weight, and agitating uniformly, then drying the mixture to obtain the compound powder rubber. The said compound powder comprises the conglomeration consisting of rubber particles and inorganic particles, and the inner or inner and surface of the conglomeration uniformly distribute inorganic particles. The said compound powder can easily distribute in plastic matrix. Its preparation method is simple, convenient and easy to apply. Therefore, it can be blended with plastic and produce toughness-enhanced plastic and thermoplastic elastomer. It can be applied in broad field.
