abstract |
An object of the invention is to provide a scored tablet which is not particularly limited in its splitting method and which can be easily and accurately split, having superior strength. That is, the invention provides a scored tablet whose lower surface is a curved surface gradually swelling from the center immediately below the split line and whose upper surface is divided into two surfaces by a split line, the scored tablet being characterized in that in a side view looking at the tablet from an extension of the split line, in a temporary triangle formed by connecting the center of the lower surface and any two of the points on two or more upper surfaces remotest from the tangent to the center of the lower surface, the angle at the center of the lower surface is not less than 70° and the ratio (c/d) of the distance (c) between any one of the points on the two or more upper surfaces remotest from the tangent to the center of the lower surface and the tangent to the center of the lower surface to the distance (d) between the bottom of the split line and the center of the lower surface is 1/0.70≤c/d≤1/0.40. |
